Ergonomics is sitting, and working on the computer properly. And it isn't just for working, you should do it anytime of the you are on the internet. It will help support you when you get older. And when your at work and you don't you it right, you get sore then you have aches and pains as you get older. Some of those pains may be a headache, backache, migranes,and neck pains. So I think that if everybody used Ergonomics, we could all avoid serious pain.
